Mode d’emploi

Routine du matin (AM)

Nettoyant — masser sur peau humide, rincer.
Sérum hydratant (recommandé) — appliquer sur peau sèche avant la crème, idéalement un sérum à l’acide hyaluronique, pour aider à préserver l’hydratation de la peau.
(Facultatif) Sérum Niacinamide O&J Beauty — appliquer 2–3 gouttes sur peau sèche, laisser absorber.
Crème de jour unifiante — appliquer sur le visage et le cou.
Crème solaire (OBLIGATOIRE) — SPF 30–50 chaque matin, avec réapplication en cas d’exposition.

Routine du soir (PM)

Nettoyant — masser sur peau humide, rincer.

Les soirs sans exfoliation :
Sérum hydratant (recommandé) — appliquer sur peau sèche avant la crème, idéalement à l’acide hyaluronique.
Crème de nuit unifiante — appliquer en fine couche sur le visage.

Les soirs avec exfoliation :
Concentré anti-imperfections — passer au coton sur peau propre et sèche (éviter le contour des yeux).
Peaux sensibles : commencer 2 à 3 nuits par semaine, puis augmenter progressivement selon la tolérance. Ne pas rincer.
Crème hydratante apaisante — après le Concentré, appliquer une crème hydratante simple et apaisante, sans actifs forts.

Important — hydratation et tolérance

Les crèmes de ce kit sont des soins ciblés anti-taches et ne sont pas suffisamment hydratantes pour certaines peaux. Elles peuvent donc entraîner une sensation de sécheresse, en particulier sur les peaux fragiles, sensibles ou déshydratées.

Pour améliorer le confort cutané, il est fortement recommandé d’appliquer un sérum hydratant, notamment à base d’acide hyaluronique, avant les crèmes.

Le soir, lorsque vous appliquez le Concentré anti-imperfections (lotion exfoliante), il est préférable de ne pas appliquer la Crème de nuit unifiante ensuite sur les peaux fragiles.
À la place, utilisez une crème hydratante simple et apaisante, car l’association des deux soins actifs peut irriter certaines peaux sensibles.

👉 Éviter de superposer d’autres actifs susceptibles d’irriter ou d’interférer, tels que : AHA/BHA, rétinol/retinoïdes, vitamine C forte, peelings.

Avertissements & sensibilité au soleil

Usage externe uniquement. Éviter le contact avec les yeux. En cas d’irritation, cesser l’utilisation. Conserver au frais et au sec. Tenir hors de portée des enfants.

Sensibilité au soleil : Le Concentré anti-imperfections (AHA : acides lactique et glycolique) et le Nettoyant (acide salicylique) peuvent augmenter la sensibilité au soleil. Utiliser un écran solaire quotidiennement et limiter l’exposition solaire pendant l’utilisation et pendant une semaine après.

How to use

Morning routine (AM)

Cleanser — massage onto damp skin, rinse.
Hydrating serum (recommended) — apply on dry skin before the cream, ideally a hyaluronic acid serum, to help maintain skin hydration.
(Optional) O&J Beauty Niacinamide Serum — apply 2–3 drops to dry skin and allow to absorb.
Even-Tone Day Cream — apply to face and neck.
Sunscreen (MANDATORY) — SPF 30–50 every morning; reapply when exposed.

Evening routine (PM)

Cleanser — massage onto damp skin, rinse.

On non-exfoliation nights:
Hydrating serum (recommended) — apply to dry skin before the cream, ideally a hyaluronic acid serum.
Even-Tone Night Cream — apply a thin layer to the face.

On exfoliation nights:
Blemish Concentrate — sweep onto clean, dry skin with cotton (avoid eye area).
Sensitive skin: start 2–3 nights per week, then increase gradually as tolerated. Do not rinse.
Soothing moisturizer — after the Concentrate, apply a simple, calming moisturizer with no strong actives.

Important — hydration and tolerance

The creams in this kit are targeted dark spot treatments and may not be moisturizing enough for some skin types. They may cause dryness, especially on fragile, sensitive, or dehydrated skin.

For better comfort, it is strongly recommended to apply a hydrating serum, especially one containing hyaluronic acid, before using the creams.

At night, when using the Blemish Concentrate (exfoliating lotion), fragile or sensitive skin types should avoid applying the Even-Tone Night Cream immediately afterward.
Instead, use a simple, soothing moisturizer, as combining both active treatments may be too irritating for delicate skin.

👉 Avoid layering other potentially irritating or interfering actives such as AHA/BHA, retinoids, strong vitamin C, or peels.

Warnings & sun sensitivity

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

Sun sensitivity: The Blemish Concentrate (AHAs: lactic and glycolic acids) and the Cleanser (salicylic acid) may increase sun sensitivity. Use sunscreen daily and limit sun exposure while using these products and for one week afterward.
